Stern Gave Smith Valium Shots: Guard

Lawyer, shrink accused of drugging Anna Nicole

(Newser) – Howard K. Stern injected Anna Nicole Smith with Valium “four or five” times in the months between her son’s death and her own, her bodyguard testified yesterday. “She couldn’t swallow,” he said. “Anna and Howard felt if they put it in the blood system that it would get into her system quicker.” Stern’s lawyer denies the accusation, claiming the injections were simply B12 vitamin shots.

“Howard K. Stern loved Anna. He was concerned about Anna's welfare,” the lawyer said yesterday. “That's why he wanted to make certain that the doctors prescribed the right medication.” Smith’s bodyguard also accused Dr Khristine Eroshevich of injecting Smith with drugs; Eroshevich’s lawyer denies it. “Khristine cared deeply about Anna and would never do anything to hurt her,” he says.

stern is slime. the clown video showed his true colors. greed in the worst possible meaning. i knew when i saw that that he was capitalizing on her dependence and addiction to drugs. it is shameful that he has no shame. throw the book at him, lock him and any others involved in this and throw the key away. he deserves to be in a cell indefinately. disbarred and humiliated.

The proof - as they say - is in the pudding. She is dead and he has her money. There was a video of Anna dressed as a clown - completely out of it - which was available on You Tube shortly after her death. Stern is heard to make a comment about getting big bucks for the video. It seemed like a perfect crime - hope he and the shrink - and the officials in the Bahamas are all indicted for her murder - as well as the murder of her son. She did not deserve to end her life in this way. I guess going to the Bahamas helps you kill someone without being caught. So sad. Drugs just take over and destroy a person.
