Parties have to pay for Speidi—no exceptions

(Newser) – It may be a new low for Heidi Montag—the Hills star refused to go her sister Holly’s birthday party this weekend because Empire Hollywood, the host of the party, wouldn’t pay her an appearance fee. "Holly was really wishing that her sister could just be a sister and stop by her birthday party, but Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid," a source tells Fox News.

I have no clue who she is but she sounds like a greedy whore who would sell out anyone for a buck. Is Hills a t.v. show or a reality show? Either way, who cares, it's apparently for the brain dead. Even the title sounds like a low budget, soap type show.

Medical records will be subpoenaed

(NEWSER) - The investigation into Whitney Houston's death is now turning to her doctors and pharmacies. Investigators are expected in the next few days to serve subpoenas on the singer's physicians and the pharmacies where Houston obtained multiple prescription drugs, reports the Los Angeles Times . Officials aim to determine whether the drugs were dispensed properly, and if the singer was receiving too many prescriptions, a source tells the newspaper. Investigators will likely pore over a state-created database of controlled substances prescribed in California. Tracking celebrity prescription drug use can be complicated because they may regularly use drugs prescribed to aides, according to law enforcement authorities. More»
