White House: Cheney's the Irresponsible One

He helped get us into mess, Pelosi adds

(Newser) – What  Dick Cheney calls dithering, "President Obama calls his solemn responsibility to the men and women in uniform and to the American public," White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said yesterday, rejecting Cheney's charge that the Obama adminstration is taking too long to decide its Afghanistan strategy. "I think we've all seen what happens when somebody doesn't take that responsibility seriously," he added.

Gibbs said Cheney's comment that "signals of indecision hurt our allies and embolden our adversaries" was curious. "I think it's pretty safe to say that the vice president was for 7 years not focused on Afghanistan," Gibbs said. Other Democrats chimed in against Cheney. "He’s forgotten whose administration made matters worse in Afghanistan by their neglect," said Nancy Pelosi.

I'm very skeptical of anyone who's not wrestling with it. He shouldn't rush. We did the rush thing in that part of the world already. We need to do this right.

How is he continuing the same policies if Dick Cheney is criticizing his policies? Circular logic much?

Cheney is a evil man from what I can tell. Who in their right mind would care what he thinks about the War? Bush and Cheney are the reason we are in this mess to begin with, and for what certianly not WMD. Obama has stepped up and took on a challenge to repair America after Bush and Cheney raped it.

Don't hold your breath. That bastard will probably never have to answer for his crimes. He's a puppet of the elites, just like Obama.
