A-Rod Finds Religion ... Again

Alex Rodriguez tries Buddhism on for size, thanks to Kate Hudson

(Newser) – It seems only yesterday Alex Rodriguez was dabbling in Kabbalah to please galpal Madonna. But those days are over, and the Yankees slugger has moved on to a new woman and a new religion. The “religious chameleon,” as one pal calls him, is now flirting with Buddhism to make new lady friend Kate Hudson happy, the New York Daily News reports.

Hudson has been working her prayer beads during Yankee games, helping A-Rod beat his playoff slump in the series against the Angels. Mom—and fellow Buddhist—Goldie Hawn “more than approves of Alex,” the source adds. “If he becomes a Buddhist, it'll only seal the deal.”

Jesus H. Christ, why do woman want to change their men, what is it with them?!! If you want to be a Buddhist, Great, but dame let me make up my own mind. I think A-Rod is doing it to please his newest woman and no other reason!! Reply

The first question is why does a woman choose a man who she thinks needs changing? Question number two is why does a man choose a woman who wants to change him? And then, years later, the final question that each of them ask themselves as they leave the courthouse, what the hell was I thinking?

Well of course he's trying to please her. Kate Hudson is hot and as rich as A-Roids. Plus the buddhism is obviously helping him, he's killing it in the post season. Reply
