After allegedly skipping out on their hotel bill, then skipping out on their court date three times, Randy and Evi Quaid are facing arrest. Yesterday's court appearance was their last shot, prosecutors tell E!, and extradition proceedings are underway. Their outstanding arrest warrants also remain effective, and "if extradition is approved, we will go to wherever they are and bring them back—in custody," the DA tells Radar.

The no-show couple also seem to have blown off their lawyers. "It is my understanding that they do not have counsel," the prosecutor told the judge yesterday. "They did have counsel but they no longer do." (More Randy Quaid stories.)
