I'll Sue Palins Over Custody: Levi

'I'm up to the point where I can't see my kid again,' says Tripp's dad

Share

(Newser) – Levi Johnston says he's “definitely” going to court over custody issues concerning Tripp, his son with Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol. "I'm up to the point where I can't see my kid again. I'm done. I'm sure we'll end up in court,” Johnston tells the Guardian, explaining that the Palins have been inconsistent in allowing him access to the 10-month-old.

"They started letting me see him and everything was fine. But everything got bad again. So I said screw them," Johnston continues. He acknowledges that some of his public criticism of Sarah Palin—that she was a distant mother and political hypocrite, for example—came in retaliation for not being allowed to see Tripp. "If they had let me see my kid, I wouldn't have done any of that," Johnston says.

Levi, son grow up and grow a set, Palins are what they are and you got yourself where your at. Boy you have reached the age of majority so accept responsibility for your own actions. If you continue to blame others because you act like a punk you shall forever be a punk. Grow up, get a real job, and support your child. Let the Pallins dig their own hole and you take care of your own and move on Reply

I with Levi too and he has a real job, he's making more money right now then most kids his age and I'm sure he can support his child least we forget he also has a Mom and a sister who can help him raise his child and to me they are just as good if not much better then the Palins in raising the kid!

Wait...what? It sounds to me as if he is taking responsibility by wanting access to his child. It appears he will either be called a political troublemaker or a deadbeat dad. It can't be both ways. I hate the fact they're using the child as a weapon against him and hope the court upholds his rights to see his child.
