Sex Tape Got Prejean to Settle Suit

TMZ says it's had too-racy-to-post video for months

(Newser) – Today’s decision by former Miss California Carrie Prejean to drop a lawsuit against the pageant came after one of its lawyers showed Prejean a sex tape that TMZ says it obtained “months ago but decided not to post … because it was so racy.” As part of the deal—which, TMZ adds, Prejean agreed to in “about 15 seconds”—the pageant pays her legal fees, but she gets nada.

You don't see hypocrisy there? What about the idea that Edwards made a promise to his wife not to cheat on her, or the fact that Jesse Jackson is a Christian minister who tries to tell people not to have sex outside of marriage. Both sides are filled with sexual hypocrisy, although you're right, that the Right has much more of it.

Chantal Spears, also known as Ronald Spears, says that Kardashian "pushed and hit" her "in and about her body" after Spears gave soon-to-be husband Lamar Odom a little unsolicited advice. (NEWSER) - Remember three months ago, when Abercrombie & Fitch made us all snicker by offering to pay The Situation to not wear its clothes ? (NEWSER) - Remember those Black Swan interns suing Fox Searchlight for not paying them to make coffee? Turns out they may not have actually worked for Fox Searchlight. The interns were employed by Darren Aronofsky’s production company, which made Black Swan, "well before Fox Searchlight even acquired its rights in the film," says Fox Filmed Entertainment in a statement reported by Deadline . "These individuals were never employed as interns or retained in any capacity by Fox Searchlight, which has a proud history of supporting and fostering productive internships." More»
