Sean Penn's Son Dodges Drug Charges

But Hopper may have been kicked out of another school for drugs

(Newser) – Sean Penn’s son, arrested last week at his Malibu high school, is not facing drug charges. Sources close to the investigation say he was picked up for drug possession, but tell Radar that the drugs—no names given—were medications prescribed to Hopper, and that the district attorney's office has shut the book on the case. Even so, Perez Hilton adds that the 16-year-old was rumored to have been kicked out of his San Francisco high school last year for drug offenses.

another snot nosed little celeb spawn who will Im sure, go on to greater things, like driving drunk or high, & killing innocent people. & of course will walk away without a scratch.! his father's behavior, when young, was inappropriate...and apples dont fall far from the tree! Reply
