(Newser) – Only a day after Carrie Prejean dropped her lawsuit against the Miss California Pageant, she's ready for another. The dethroned Miss California’s lawyer says, thanks to sex tape rumors, they may sue for breach of contract. “It seems as if someone has acted in an unethical and unlawful manner by even raising this issue,” he tells Radar. Meanwhile, sources tell Perez Hilton pageant exec Keith Lewis is taking advantage of all this hoopla by writing a tell-all, titled Pageant Bitch.

What is so unethical about a tit for tat deal on the previous lawsuit? And if they were so disturbed by it then why did they drop the suit? And also if she....wait, did I say tit for tat? Oh, I slay myself.
