Joe Jackson Asks Estate for Allowance

Michael left dad out of the will, but supported him for years

(AP) – Michael Jackson's dad is asking for an allowance from his son's estate to help cover expenses that exceed $15,000 a month. The request came in court papers filed yesterday by his lawyer, despite the fact that Michael's 2002 will omitted any mention of his father. The two had a strained relationship, and Michael said at one point that he would get physically sick at the sight of his father.

The singer's private trust calls for money to be paid to his mother, Katherine, his three young children, and various charities. A judge has approved more than $26,000 in payments to Katherine each month, and a $60,000 monthly payment for the children. The documents say Joe's only other income is $1,700 a month from Social Security and that he has relied for many years on Michael's money, passed along by Katherine.

Joe's age and lack of parental relationship with his son is irrelevant, the point of having to find out how much the Estate is making is to assure the right amount of money is allotted to the kids and Katherine. Nothing is being disclosed by the Executors. Part of the money the Estate is making is supposed to go to Michael's children.

Branca has a history of embezzling money from Michael, the Executors will rape and pillage Michael's music, image and name with no opportunity for the children to have a say in what they will do with their Daddy's legacy. So how can the Jackson family know the children are getting the right amount of money when the Estate Executors are not letting anyone know the amount made since Michael's death!

Thank goodness Joe Jackson is speaking out about the greed and abuse of Michael's Estate. There's valid reasons why Joe is pushing the Executors to expose how much Michael is worth dead and who benefits because of it....he is pushing the Estate to disclose the TRUTH.

Please open your eyes to the conspiracy Michael himself spoke of surrounding the Estate!

God Bless Michael, his children and family. There can be no peace until there is justice. FOREVER LOVE MICHAEL.

I think they figure they can get much more from a dead Michael than they did from a living one. Let the leeching begin.
