(Newser) – Sarah Palin has returned to her Facebook soapbox to reinvigorate the "death panels" meme she helped popularize. "We had been told there were no 'death panels' in the bill," says an essay posted to the former Alaska governor's page. "But look closely at the provision mandating bureaucratic panels that will be calling the shots regarding who will receive government health care."

Palin doesn't actually say what her followers ought to be looking for, not does she follow up on a passage urging readers to "look closely at provisions addressing illegal aliens’ health care coverage too," Politico notes. But she does take shots at Nancy Pelosi and heap praise on the Stupak amendment.

"Hip" is for "hip" meaning the hip I had replaced. Thanks. Let's get this straight...I make a joke and you write a piece about the terrible time you (obviously) had throughout high school? With all the swearing and finger pointing and yelling happening on this site, you'd think people would welcome a joke or two. They might not all be funny but it's better to laugh (or try to) than to hate or be angry. She went to five schools to get one degree...that's something to laugh at because it's unusual. If she went to one it wouldn't be funny. You dig? Loosen up...sounds to me like you should change your username to Pissed-about-life or Cant-take-ajoke or dontlikeyou...or something. Oops, the last one's taken.

Let's just hope there's no 'death panels' for down syndrone children, right Sarah?
