French police have recovered most of the $16 million they believe was stolen by a security van driver in a daring heist in Lyon last week. The suspect drove off with an armored van full of cash while his colleagues were inside a bank. Some $13 million in euros was found stacked up in a garage rented by the driver. Police believe the driver may have fled to the Balkans with the rest of the cash and have issued a Europe-wide alert, the Wall Street Journal reports
