(Newser) – Angelina Jolie is planning to adopt yet another child, this time a girl from Syria—whether Brad Pitt is on board or not. The actress hasn’t hidden her desire to have “more kids—one way or another,” though Pitt is reticent. “He has made it clear that six children are more than he can handle,” an insider tells OK! “The idea of one more seemed ludicrous, but Angie is determined to complete her rainbow family.”

It's not like there aren't a lot of kids out there who could use good parents. Just hope she realizes that they eventually grow out of baby stage and become teenagers. Reply

There are sooooooo many children in need of homes right here in the grand ol' United States. I just don't understand why celebrities have the need to adopt from overseas... unless, of course, they are more into "collecting" children as opposed to parenting them. Reply

while there are support systems for orphans in the US and other 1st world countries, there is a lot less help in other parts of the world. while i think every child needs the best chance/environment - i think orphans from countries without state help, need it more.

I've figure out what's afoot with this woman. She's gathering children from every ethnicity. She's going to raise them into young adulthood, and then breed them together to create a single female with the characteristics of all ethnicities. The creature inhabiting Angelina Jolie will then abandon her current host and inhabit the multi-ethnic child. Then she will start a new movie career. Reply
