Janet is the ONLY ONE in that family with class. She has not tried to "cash in" on her brother's death like the rest and not been greedy like her mother and father. I too feel that Michael and his handlers were responsible for his death.

(NEWSER) - Michael Jackson's personal assistant took the stand today in the Conrad Murray trial , and talked about a mysterious cream he says the doctor wanted to retrieve right after the singer's death. Michael Amir Williams testified about the day Jackson died, saying "we were making small talk about how horrible it was, just tearing (up)." The doctor then said "there's some cream in Michael's room or house that he wouldn't want the world to know about … so he requested I or someone else give him a ride back to house to get it." More»

(NEWSER) - From Dr. Conrad Murray’s trial for the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson, more sad details about the King of Pop’s last days. Kenny Ortega, the choreographer for Jackson’s “This Is It” tour, testified yesterday that he confronted Murray just days before Jackson’s death, airing his concerns that the star was incoherent and couldn’t rehearse. He also emailed the concert promoter to recommend that Jackson be psychologically evaluated, and complained that no one was “taking responsibility” or caring for Jackson, ABC News reports. More»

Conrad Murray will be arraigned this afternoon

(NEWSER) - Michael Jackson's doctor will finally be arraigned today after a series of delays, and sources say he will plead not guilty. Conrad Murray is expected to arrive at the courthouse early and voluntarily—as opposed to being arrested and brought in handcuffed—for his 1:30 arraignment in Los Angeles, TMZ reports. Conrad Murray Hit With Max Sentence

Michael Jackson's doctor gets 4 years

(NEWSER) - Dr. Conrad Murray was hit with the maximum sentence of four years' imprisonment today for his role in the death of Michael Jackson. Murray, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter , will serve his time in county jail rather than prison because he is a non-violent felon, TMZ reports. It is also likely he will serve just half of his sentence. The judge ordered Murray to pay restitution to Jackson's family, but the amount will be decided at a later date; he was also ordered to pay $870 in fines and fees. More»
