(Newser) – A series of Verizon ads that rip AT&’s 3G network are “sneaky,” a judge ruled today, but aren’t misleading and can stay on the air. AT&T had tried to shut down the “There’s A Map For That” spots, but won’t get its way—at least until Dec. 16, when there’s another hearing on the matter. Meantime, the judge said, viewers might “misunderstand” the commercials, “but that doesn’t mean they’re misleading.”

Nope, not kidding. I've been in PA, DE, NJ, NY, MA TX, first with Verizon and then a year later with Cingular/AT&T, and I always had the better service with AT&T across the board. This was especially true for me in PA!

You're kidding, I used to have Cingular and it was awful. I've now had Verizon for about 5 years and can't think of a single dropped call. Verizon kicks the shit out everyone else, at least in NC.
