(Newser) – John Kerry’s daughter was arrested this morning in California in a suspected DUI. Alexandra Kerry was pulled over at 12:40am, and refused to take a preliminary alcohol screening test after her field sobriety test, police sources tell TMZ. Though her blood alcohol level was ultimately found to be under the legal limit at .06, she may still be prosecuted—but sources say she probably won’t be.

If I were that rich, there's no effing way I would drive drunk when I could so easily hire a driver.....stupidity....

Last time I checked, picking up men in bathrooms and having a mistress didn't put innocent passersby at risk of being killed. This chick did just that whether she strung out the proceeding long enough to get herself down to a .06 or not. Stunning how many of you find it more important to take the opportunity to slam a conservative than to look at the potential consequences of her actions and to hold her responsible for them. She wouldn't be defending you.

Just read on another site that she introduced herself at the police station as Senator Kerry's daughter. Nice.
