(Newser) – From the hotly anticipated Natalie Portman-on-Mila Kunis action in the upcoming movie Black Swan to the "smoldering image" of Scarlett Johansson and Rachel Bilson, Jewish girls have ditched the JAP stereotype to become America's "ethnic fetish du jour," writes Christopher Noxon for Details. "Jewish girls" were second only to "freckles" on a porn blog's recent poll of kinks, and many women on Jewish dating sites report having to fend off gatecrashing goys.

Sultry ladies of the tribe like Rachel Weisz are a far cry from the "Fran Drescher rep" for "frigidity, whininess, and big hair," and the new sexually charged image of the JILF reaches from mainstream culture to porn. One Jewish porn star explaining the recent popularity of raunchy pics of religious Jews says, "it's like the Catholic schoolgirl fetish—we all want to defile that purity."
