Yes, Courtney Love lost custody of daughter Frances Bean Cobain, but don't blame it on her drug-addled history: The singer's "been clean for years," says her lawyer. "This is simply about Frances preferring to live with her grandmother at this time." Love's daughter with Kurt Cobain is in the custody of his mother and younger sister.

"Frances is 17 and a strong-willed child, and this is a decision she made on her own," says Love's attorney. "No matter what, Courtney loves her daughter more than anything in the world." (More Frances Bean Cobain stories.)
