Police released the audio of Brooke Mueller’s 911 call yesterday, in which she says, “I’m scared for my life” after being “threatened” by husband Charlie Sheen. Mueller told the operator “we have people separating us,” but Sheen was “trying to sneak out the back” of the house. And in a police affidavit obtained by TMZ, Mueller says that during a Christmas Eve argument she told Sheen she wanted a divorce. He then straddled her on a bed, she claims, held a knife to her throat, and said, “You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I’ll kill you.”

  • Mueller told cops Sheen also said, "I have ex-police I can hire who know how to get the job done and they won't leave any trace."
  • Sheen, interviewed separately by cops, said they'd been having marital problems and accused Mueller of “abusing alcohol,” the officer wrote in his affidavit.
  • He tells cops the fight was sparked by Mueller’s jealousy over a special song Sheen has with one of his daughters by Denise Richards. “Charlie says she is really jealous of his daughters,” a source tells E! of Mueller.
  • Sheen denies pushing or striking Mueller, but admits to breaking her eyeglasses—and having a 4-inch folding knife in his travel bag, which the officer found locked in the open position.
  • The argument was made even more heated thanks to the fact that both Sheen and Mueller had been drinking on Christmas Eve—despite the presence of hired “sober minders” meant to keep them off booze, Radar reports.
