Sadly, Courtney Love’s Twitter hiatus didn’t last long—she’s back on the microblogging site, and using it to unveil her plans to sue Kurt Cobain’s mother. Though Love’s lawyer last month brushed off the custody controversy over Frances Bean Cobain, Love now seems to have changed her mind, tweeting, “this shit with the bean needs to be exposed for what it is right f---ing NOW enough,” E! reports.

She goes on to accuse Cobain’s mother and sister of squeezing her bank accounts “because they know im going to sue the holy shit out of them,” and of “crocodiling my kid whose better than this seriously she was raised too well to be bought.” Love, who is barred from her daughter thanks to a temporary restraining order, added, “im severely lonely without my best friend and no am not on drugs BTW.”
