I Won't Make Heidi's Breasts Bigger: Doc

(Newser) – Two signs Heidi Montag has officially gone too far: Her plastic surgeon is refusing to make her breasts any bigger, and Internet celeb-wreck Tila Tequila is calling her “fake.” Montag, who recently upgraded to Triple D boobs, wants an H cup—but surgeon Frank Ryan tells Radar her breasts are already “a little bit larger than I wanted,” and if she wants to go up another cup or four, she’ll have to find another doctor.

Ryan did, however, defend Montag’s 10-procedures-in-one-day, calling that “perfectly appropriate” for a healthy 23-year-old, and adding it was a “well thought-out career move.” Tila Tequila, however, does not agree. “Her whole relationship is fake, her whole show is fake, her whole marriage is fake, everything about her is fake,” she says, seemingly missing the irony. “So now it just makes sense that her whole face is fake."

The doctor refusing to do a surgery should be news in this story. Any mention of Tila Tequila should not.
