(User Submitted) – The North and South Korean navies exchanged artillery fire today over a disputed sea border, reports the BBC, with the North Koreans firing first in what it termed part of a drill, only to have its salvo returned. Pyongyang declared a no-sail zone in the region yesterday—often a precursor to a missile test, although the North Koreans have given no reason for the instruction. No casualties were reported.
