(Newser) – The Grammys are tonight, so Spin breaks down the best bets to take home a trophy.

  • Album of the Year: Taylor Swift’s Fearless is a shoo-in here, because “the only thing Grammy voters love as much as very old people is very young people"—though Lady Gaga is a dark horse.

  • Song of the Year: Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies” will finally get its due. But for sheer ubiquity, doesn’t Kings of Leon’s “Use Somebody” deserve it?
  • Best New Artist: No one’s actually excited about Keri Hilson, but she seems destined to win anyway. The only halfway worthy nominee is MGMT—though Bat for Lashes, Grizzly Bear, and even Lady Gaga deserved nominations.
  • Best Rock Album: Green Day will edge U2 “in the Battle of Underperforming Megastars Who Are Bound By Law To Be Nominated Anyway.”
