Next al-Qaeda Attempt 'Certain' Within 6 Months

(Newser) – An attempt by al-Qaeda or one of its affiliates to attack the US is “certain” within the next six months, the director of national intelligence told a Senate committee today. As long as Osama bin Laden and his top deputy are on the loose, Dennis Blair says, US targets will be the terror group’s top objective—and al-Qaeda’s ties to Pakistani groups are worrisome, as are its ever-more-active affiliates in Yemen and elsewhere.

How about the good ole Republican Idea of privatizing social security now? Another of McCain's brilliant hillbilly ideas. Not a conservative but could respect bitch little a little until he chose pin up girly Palin. Her daughters are little tramps. Hell the oldest is on her second. Palin never looked or acted pregnant and was on a plane when she was suppose to be having a baby. Yet her daughter was out of school for more than 6 months for "the mumps" but her friends said she was getting big from pregnancy. Mom thinks her young teenage daughter getting pregnant would hurt her career as a conservative so she covers for daughter. But dumb daughter gets knocked up again. And they say abstinence only programs work. lmao. Palin's husband strong armed his wife's opponents and he is a true hater of America as he wanted Alaska to succede form our Nation. This family is sick. Her career is built on lies , which seems to be typical for Republicans when they have nothing else to go on. Palin now finds herself supported by the other hillbilly's. Yes they all hate the same things, including a black president. Its a nightmare. What is even a bigger nightmare is they all don't even hide their contempt for the working poor and their next attack wil be on the wasting away middle class. Its all about deregulation. For the novice , this means allow corporations with enough cash to pay for lobbyist to get away with just about anything. It means that there is no consumer (that is me and you) protections. It means that we lose more jobs to overseas and that our quality of life gets worse as middle-class America shrinks. There is nothing better for big business than an over abundant workforce willing to work all day, all night everyweek for little more than a sandwich. I am not hearing any solutions to our problems from the Republicans. They still support the things that brought all the mess on this country. No new ideas just lies about ridiculous things to keep the masses confused. There were plenty of things the Bushies did that were unethical and down right illegal but the only thing I am hearing from the teabaggers and the hillbillies and the Republicans on this president is b.s. about how he is ignoring them, or he is not really a human being because he has no birth certificate and crap like that. Republicans may win some more seats because of the lies there pushing but make no doubt they are silly little lies for silly little sheeple.

@Rocket. THAT is the bottom line. No plan. All talk ABOUT a plan.@Spuds. He became a MAVERICK in the GOP he often went against them. That's why Limbaugh is so reluctant to see him as the nominee. I think after being so close in 2000, and having the Rove and Bush campaign do him in, I think he got so desperate to win, he would do it an ANY cost. And he KNOWS he needs to get support from the base. That's why he apologizes to the 'agents of intolerance'.
