(Newser) – If you ever have to drive through Fresno, Calif., be careful; Men’s Health has tagged the city as the drunkest in America in its latest rankings. Boston, amazingly, is rated the least drunk, lower even than Salt Lake City. The rankings are based on everything from death from alcoholic liver disease and frequency of binge-drinking to drunken car crashes and DUI arrests. The drunkest cities:

  1. Fresno, Calif.
  2. Reno, Nev.
  3. Billings, Mont.
  4. Riverside, Calif.
  5. Austin

The least drunk:

  1. Boston
  2. Yonkers, NY
  3. Rochester, NY
  4. Salt Lake City
  5. Miami
