(NEWSER) - In a truly disturbing clip from last night's Jersey Shore, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi had a little accident on the dance floor. "I got really excited dancing with, like, my girls, and I legit peed myself," Snooki explains. (Apparently the "oops" was caused by a urinary tract infection Snooks self-diagnosed.) But it's all good, because she just ran to the restroom and doused herself (by spraying up and around her skirt) with perfume. "Honestly, I don't care. City denies permit to spin-off featuring Snooki, Jwoww

(NEWSER) - Those poor kids of the Jersey Shore: They've been hit with numerous lawsuits , slammed by scientists , dissed by a clothing chain and the governor of their state , and banned from partying on film in Florence . Now Hoboken, of all places, has publicized its disdain. A spin-off to the reality show featuring Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jennifer "JWoww" Farley was to be filmed in the city, but the mayor denied the necessary film permit, the Huffington Post reports. Woman claims drunk cast members knocked her down

(NEWSER) - This has got to be some sort of record: Jersey Shore and its cast members have now racked up 15 lawsuits in two years. The latest, courtesy of Courthouse News Service : A woman celebrating her niece's birthday at a bar in Seaside Heights, NJ, claims that drunk Jersey Shore cast members caused a brawl that eventually involved club security and show security. In the chaos, she was struck and hit her head, resulting in "severe and permanent injuries," according to her lawsuit. More»

New music video not exactly well-received

(NEWSER) - Justin Bieber teamed up with Mariah Carey for a new version of her '90s holiday classic, "All I Want for Christmas Is You," and the results are just about as bad as you'd expect. A sampling of the reactions:

• "Why has the Bieb launched a campaign to traumatize everyone who's old enough to remember the '90s?" moans Margaret Hartmann on Jezebel . His Boyz II Men video was bad enough, but "now he's released a Macy's commercial disguised as a Mariah Carey duet—though we used that term loosely because it sounds like Bieber is just wailing over the old recording of the song."

'Jersey Shore' star says retailer infringed on trademarks

(NEWSER) - Remember three months ago, when Abercrombie & Fitch made us all snicker by offering to pay The Situation to not wear its clothes ? Well, even if you don’t, The Situation does, and the Jersey Shore star is not happy about it. He filed a lawsuit in Florida claiming the clothing company infringed on his trademarks with what TMZ calls its “bogus advertising ploy.” To be fair, he’s also not happy Abercrombie started selling shirts reading, “The Fitchuation” and “GTL … You Know The Deal.” He wants $4 million in damages.
