Police are investigating a Myspace web posting which contained an implied threat to the judge in the murder trial of comedian Phil Spector, reports the Los Angeles Times. "The evil judge should die" read the post on a page credited to "Official Team Spector."  The message is signed "Chelle," a nickname for Rachelle, Spector's current wife.

Lawyers for Rachelle Spector denied she had anything to do with the post, which would violate a gag from Judge Larry Fidler several weeks ago after clashes over television interviews. The jury in Spector's alleged shooting of a hostess has been deliberating since September 10 and will resume on Wednesday. (More Phil Spector stories.)
