The world's shortest man, 29-inch-tall He Pingping, died Saturday. He was 21. A native of China, He was in Rome filming a TV show when he fell ill. "From the moment I laid on eyes on him I knew he was someone special," the editor-in-chief of Guinness World Records, which certified He's status, told the BBC. "He had such a cheeky smile and mischievous personality, you couldn't help but be charmed by him."
