(Newser) – Pepsi said today it will pull its sugary drinks from schools worldwide by 2012, a move the company says was prompted in part by concerns over youth health. Pepsi will add low-calorie alternatives, a move one marketing analyst tells the Los Angeles Times is shrewd: “If they can keep kids interested in their healthier forms of soft drinks, then that’s going to be profitable for the company down the line.”

This is Coke's chance to pummel pepsi and their infatuation with Obama. Haven't had a pepsi since they changed their logo to match BHO's....F' pepsi, drink Coke.

I think its great that Pepsi is going to alter their product to make it healthier, however, it isn't the companies responsibility to help children be healthier, that is ultimately the responsibility of the parent or ones self. I would bet this decision is based not on a desire to contribute to a healthier public but rather a publicity ploy to produce a healthier profit.
