(AP) – Armon Bassett scored 32 points to help 14th-seeded Ohio beat No. 3 Georgetown, 97-83, to become the second team seeded in the teens to win in the NCAA men's basketball tournament today. The Mid-American Conference's Bobcats (22-14) took the lead early on their 3-point shooting and were never seriously threatened by the Hoyas on the way to the school's first tournament victory in 27 years. Just another reason for me to hate the state of Ohio. Grady Sizemore, Chad Johnson, Skyline Chili, now messing my Elite Eight up.

The Big East is not so big today. ND loses, G-town loses, Marquette loses, and Nova needs an overtime to eek out a win. (All teams were favorites, and in some cases, very big favorites.)
