The Democrats should hurry up and pass their sorry excuse for a health bill, but they should stop calling it "health care reform," writes Michael Moore. The president and Democratic leaders should apologize to the American people for coming up with a bill that leaves 12 million people still uninsured and leaves the "greedy, private insurance industry" in charge of the plan, Moore writes in the Daily Beast.

The only reason health insurers are fighting the bill is because it gives them only 90% of what they want instead of 100%, Moore argues. The Democrats should beg forgiveness for allowing profit to remain "the determining factor as to whether a patient gets the help she or he needs," Moore writes. They should then go ahead and pass it, because if "President Obama takes a fall on this one, I don't know if he'll be able to get back up. And then NOTHING will get done."
