Sandra Bullock is terrified that Jesse James will try to kill her and then commit suicide, but she’s still filled out a divorce petition and will file it “any second,” writes Ian Halperin. The complaint alleges “physical and mental abuse,” sources say, and includes a request for a restraining order against James. Bullock “has barely slept the past couple of weeks” and is under 24-hour protection.

As to the alleged sex tape, which Halperin scooped on Ian Undercover: He writes that his post inspired the Bullock camp to toss the couple’s home, turning up “revealing photos” but not the tape, which insiders surmise “an armed guard” is watching “round the clock” should James want to release it after the divorce papers are filed. But don’t get close to Bullock, a source says. “Her security team will do whatever is necessary to take Jesse out if he tries to get within a block of her. They’re not playing around.” (More Ian Halperin stories.)
