(Newser) – Jaycee Dugard is asking a northern California court to keep information about the two girls fathered by her alleged abductor private—though Phillip Garrido, accused along with his wife of holding Dugard, now 29, for 18 years, wants access to videotaped interviews with the girls for his defense. The two, now aged 12 and 15, are also now being represented by their mother's attorney, the San Francisco Chronicle reports, rather than court-appointed lawyers.
