Sarah Palin Has Earned At Least $12M Since July And that's a conservative estimate By John Johnson, Newser Staff Posted Apr 13, 2010 3:38 PM CDT 89 comments Comments Sarah Palin in a file photo from February. (AP Photo/Ed Reinke, File) (Newser) – Sarah Palin can easily look back on her $125,000 salary in Alaska as chump change. Since quitting the governor's post in July, she's pulled in at least $12 million, reports ABC News. The number is based on public records and news accounts and could actually be much higher. More than half is from her book, and the rest from six-figure speaking fees, TV appearances, and her upcoming reality show on TLC. Palin "is now a private citizen," an aide told ABC when asked about the amount. "As a result, her fees and earnings are private."
