Texas uphold gay marriage - By not allowing divorce?

(User Submitted) – It seems that fighting for the sanctity of marriage now also involves fighting for the sanctity of divorce as well. A lesbian couple who married in Massachusetts and are now living in Texas find themselves in a legal battle over ending their marriage without recourse from the law. Although a judge granted the divorce to the couple, Angelique Naylor and Sabina Daly have been stonewalled by Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott who states that granting the divorce fails to "defend the traditional definition of marriage" and is appealing this decision, along with another divorce to a gay male couple in Texas.
