Though the makers of Axe body spray would like you to believe otherwise, the secret to attracting women may be as easy as opening your fridge. The authors of a new health book claim that eating celery boosts the pheromone levels in a man's sweat, making him more appealing to the fairer sex. That's because celery contains androstenone, a naturally occurring steroid; upping your concentration of it should increase pheromone secretion.

The would-be vegetable Viagra also reportedly ramps up sex drive and can intensify one's climax, reports Asylum. "We recommend that a guy work out, have a nice warm shower, chomp on a few sticks of celery, brush his teeth, and then head out the door smelling good," says one of the authors, who actually seems to be giving Axe a boost after all.
