The young—and sole—survivor of today's plane crash in Libya is undergoing surgery for broken bones at a hospital in Tripoli. The youth is believed to be a 10-year-old Dutch boy, but authorities have yet to confirm that or his identity. The other 103 people aboard were killed when the Afriqiyah Airways jet from Johannesburg crashed on its airport approach. The youth's survival "is truly a miracle," said the president of the European Parliament. For more details on the crash, see CNN and AP.
