Britney Spears lost custody of her two sons last week because she blew off three court-ordered drug tests and hadn't bothered getting a California license while continuing to drive. The pop princess slept through two of the tests and simply wasn't available for a third, reports E! Online. The court ruled Spears failed to comply with required conditions and awarded primary custody to the boys' father, Kevin Federline.

Spears has been granted supervised visits with the boys and recently obtained a driver's license. Brit's lawyer argued she followed most of the requirement for keeping her kids, including meeting with a parenting coach, refraining from corporal punishment and abstaining from alcohol and nonprescription drugs before seeing the children.
