Grim reaper going high tech? Bulgaria has retired a cellphone number after three consecutive owners turned up dead. The first was the chief of a cellphone company who died of cancer, though rumor has it that a rival did him in with radioactive poisoning, reports the Telegraph. The next two were shady characters, a mafia boss and a corrupt businessman, both of whom were gunned down. Now callers get a permanent message saying the phone is "outside network coverage."
