Unbelievable!!! HOA's do have way too much power and I would never buy a home that is subject to the laws of an HOA. How could they not be aware of that soldiers situation. Give the President of the HOA's home to the soldier, problem solved.

This is hard to believe, a soldier off fighting for their country and some low down AH sells his home over $800.00 home owners dues. Give Texas back to the Mexicans as soon as possible, we don't need this state.

The low life SOB who made that decision should be made to pay the dues or fees for the GI who is a bit distracted attempting to keep a Terrorist from shoving a f'in bomb up said HOA jerks rear. Damn this ticks me off badly
