A Seattle police officer is caught on video punching a woman in the face. The cell phone video of a cop punching the woman in the face has gone viral, and raises concerns about police brutality and race relations. Seattle's police department is conducting an internal investigation into Officer Ian Walsh who was recorded on cell phone punching a 17 year old girl in the face during an altercation over a dispute about jaywalking.
