The mother of Natalee Holloway has comforted the family of the young woman who police say was murdered by Joran Van der Sloot in Peru. Beth Holloway spoke to the family of Stephany Flores for the first time and offered her "sincere, sincere condolences," reports CNN.

The Flores family told Larry King last night they hoped the Van der Sloot trial provides some comfort to the Holloways. "I think the pain they are feeling, it's very hard," said Enrique Flores. "We saw the body of our sister. They don't have the body of their daughter." (More Natalee Holloway stories.)
