- Dimpleplasty: It sounds just like what it is: a procedure that gives you Jennifer Garner-like dimples. But buyer beware: One plastic surgeon likened the process to getting a permanent scar—that can sag with age.
- Abdominal etching: If you're just an ounce or two of fat away from a six-pack, this type of liposuction sculpts grooves into thin layers of fat to give a rock-hard-abs appearance.
- Eyebrow transplants: If your overplucked brows seem a little too anemic, no worries—surgeons can take hair from your head and beef them up.
- Toe shortening: Don't laugh—if your second toe was a half-inch longer than your third toe, you might opt for this, too.
