Waitress Punches Lindsay Lohan

In a case of "it's my party, and I'll cry if I want to" come to life, Lindsay Lohan had a pretty crappy 24th birthday. The troubled starlet was at an LA club last night celebrating when "a waitress just hit me—punched me for no reason." Or so tweeted the star at 1am. A source confirms that it wasn't a Red Bull-induced hallucination: "The waitress has a history with Doug Reinhardt, and Lohan was hanging out with him."

"She was jealous, and out of nowhere, the waitress punched her in the face!" the source tells Us. "Doug didn't want any part of it and went to the other side of the booth. Lohan ran out." But the Mean Girls drama wasn't over for poor, poor Lindsay, who escaped to another party next door: "Lohan showed up and cried because the waitress was there as well," says another source.
