(User Submitted) – Michael Anthony Danna, age 52 from Dundalk, Md., has been sentenced to 18 months in the Baltimore County Detention Center for failing to remove his derelict vessel from Bear Creek in Baltimore County. He was observed trying to sink his vessel - a 1967 36-foot Chris Craft cabin cruiser - on Bear Creek and charged back in June. Maryland Judge Stone delayed his sentencing pending remedial actions by Danna. Danna failed to take any remedial actions with respect to the vessel which was still submerged,with engines and fuel aboard, on Bear Creek. Judge Stone sentence Danna to 18 months in the Baltimore County Detention Center for allowing the vessel to remain on State waters and polluting the Bay. Read the full article.
