After crashing on yesterday's stretch of the Tour de France, Lance Armstrong has announced "my Tour's over," throwing in the towel with 12 stages left to go. Armstrong fell while riding through a traffic rotary in the leading pack yesterday. "I clipped the pedal and then my tire rolled off," Armstrong told the San Francisco Chronicle. "Then, the next thing I know, I was rolling along the ground." Armstrong is now in 39th place, more than 13 minutes behind overall leader Cadel Evans. (More Lance Armstrong stories.)
