The Daily Caller, Tucker Carlson’s right-wing answer to the Huffington Post, has taken its feud with Keith Olbermann to another level, by buying KeithOlbermann.com. The site celebrated its acquisition with a massive home page banner reading, “We Own You,” and an article in which Carlson crows, “We plan to make the Daily Caller the one-stop shop for Keith Olbermann commentary. We will be THE Keith Olbermann superstore.”

“This is part of our long-term growth strategy,” the site’s publisher added. “Our future acquisition targets include several other annoying cable news commentators.” Right now, KeithOlbermann.com just points back to the Daily Caller home page. The domain name has until now been occupied by a squatter site, Mediaite reports, so the Caller must have cut some deal with them. Still, it’s a bit surprising Olbermann never shelled out for his own name first. (More Daily Caller stories.)
