(Newser) – Lindsay Lohan will be out of prison in 2 weeks if she behaves herself, well short of the 3-month sentence. "She is scheduled to be released on either Aug. 1 or 2 for overcrowding issues and good behavior," a spokesman for the Los Angeles County sheriff tells People. He says it's not favoritism—the county system routinely springs nonviolent offenders early because of overcrowding. Click here to read who she might bump into during her short stint.

But think, people! It's 2 weeks of forced detox! That's like 2 months in normal terms! Oh, wait. Yeah, still short of the 3 month sentence. Carry on.
