(Newser) – She's still considering a new job offer from the federal government, but in the meantime Shirley Sherrod will be suing Andrew Breitbart. The former USDA worker, fired after Breitbart aired an out-of-context video that depicted her as racist, told the National Association of Black Journalists of the pending lawsuit against the conservative firebrand, reports the AP.

No further details were available, but Politico notes that Sherrod has accused Breitbart of using the misleading video to stoke racism. “He knew exactly what effect that would have on not only—he knew what effect that would have on the conservative, racist people he's dealing with,” she said last week.
