Immigration Protesters Storm D'Backs Game

Baseball team attracts New York ire in game vs Mets

(AP) – Two men carrying Mexican flags ran into the outfield during the seventh inning of the New York Mets' game against the Arizona Diamondbacks last night at Citi Field. The men were apprehended by security fairly quickly without much incident. But that wasn't the only attention the D'Backs attracted last night: About 40 demonstrators across the street protested Arizona's immigration law, chanting "Oppose racism!" and "Boycott Arizona!"

Others stationed closer to the subway exit handed out leaflets that requested Major League Baseball move next year's All-Star game out of Phoenix. "It's not going to distract me. I'm here to play baseball," Diamondbacks interim manager Kirk Gibson said after his team's 9-6 victory over the Mets. "You have an opinion, I have an opinion. They have the right to say what they want, but it's no distraction."

Why didn't the SWAT Team snipers open up on these terrorists? They could have been armed with tamales.

I'm with the illegals. They have the innate right to protest their host country's policies. I mean those are inalienable rights. God will surely have vengeance on us for remembering what a legal citizen is supposed to be.

I love this law and order. Try doing this at a Mexican sporting event with an American Flag. I guess the invasion is complete.
